Only a Licensed Residential Builder with general contractor status can build a custom home for you in BC. Kalsira Homes Ltd. is licence #55417, in good standing on BC Housing’s public registry.
In Vancouver, new homes are permitted under the City’s own Building By-law; Surrey and the other cities we work in use the BC Building Code. Either way, the drawings, permits and inspections are coordinated for you.

Can you build from our own architect’s drawings?
Yes. Custom home builds are built to your drawings, with one point of contact responsible for trades, sequencing and quality control throughout.
Is a new home covered by warranty?
Yes. New homes come with 2-5-10 home warranty coverage: two years on materials and labour, five on the building envelope and ten on the structure.
