Building in Coquitlam

Building permits in Coquitlam are issued by the City of Coquitlam, under the BC Building Code. The drawings, consultants and permits are coordinated for you.

A legal basement suite needs a building permit and inspections in stages. The Coquitlam basement below is at rough-in, the stage that has to be right before the walls are closed.
